Many of local optometrists don't provide PD information on the prescription they created with several different reasons. However, don't worry about it. There is very easy and simple ways to measure the PD by yourself in a few seconds. 

First of all, what is PD stands for ? PD stands for pupil distance, the distance between the center of one eyeball and the other eyeball. 

Secondly, why do we request PD to put Rx lenses in your frame? Each person has different distance between the center of one eyeball and the other eyeball and to maximize the accuracy of the customized prescription lens, we should be informed the information. 

Thirdly, It is very simple to measure it by yourself. Just put a ruler on your face, seeing a mirror and read the distance in mm.
