Returns & Replacements

We offer a generous return policy, allowing you to return the item within 15 days from the date of receipt, provided it remains in its original condition. Please refer to the following guidelines for detailed information:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item, and the packaging must be included. We do not charge any restocking fees, but kindly note that return labels are not provided.
  2. Frames with prescription lenses are not eligible for return or exchange due to their personalized nature.
  3. For our valued international customers, shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. International customers are responsible for any taxes and duties incurred upon receiving the item from the international carrier.
  5. Prior to returning the item, customers are kindly requested to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us via email at contact@goeyeglass.com.

Privacy & Security To ensure a secure transaction, we require the shipping address to match the credit card billing address. If you wish to have the item delivered to a different address, kindly add the alternate address to your credit card company's records prior to making the purchase.
