Your satisfaction is our main concern and we are very generous in return issues. As long as you return the item within 15days of receipt of the item with the original condition, we are willing to accept it. Please see the following as for the detail information.

1. FREE exchange or Return within 15 days of receipt of item (Packaging must be included).

2. For return, customers are responsible for the returning shipping expenses unless it is related to our mistake.

3. For the frame with prescription lenses, no return or exchange is allowed.

4. For the international customers, shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. For the international customers, customers pay taxes and duties when they receive the item from the international carrier.

6. Customer must request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via e-mail (contact@goeyeglass.com) before returning the item.
